In addition to the basic CERT System components, there is ancillary equipment that meets special needs in corrosion testing.

If an exceptionally high degree of accuracy is required in your test program, the Cortest Recirculating Test Loop (RTL) can assist in achieving your objective. Capable of providing precise chemistry control of the testing environment, the RTL is easily interfaced with most test cells in combination with the CERT System. A Cortest Recirculating Test Loop will refresh fluids to control environmental concentrations at constant levels over extended periods of time. The apparatus can be operated in the recirculating or once-through mode. Standard operating parameters are 2,000 psi pressure, 220°C temperature, and .1 to 1 gallon per hour flow rate. Higher ratings are also available (up to 10,000 psi). Materials of construction include 316 Stainless Steel, Hastelloy C-276, and Titanium alloys.
